I switched from using TurboTax online to using the application version last year because of how much of a pain it was to enter ESPP transactions online. From talking to a few people, I think that might have been addressed last year, so I may try online again this year. However, the other issue I had was that you cannot use the online version after a few months and can only view the PDF of your return. I found this to be very annoying.

I guess I'd better make my decision by tomorrow, as the price for the online version goes up on Saturday.

PS: I did a quick run through of my taxes in TurboTax online about a month ago, just to verify that I owed money as I expected. Since I did, I've been much less motivated to get it done.
