Even more than Citi or AIG, the US government cannot let the FDIC fail - so fees will keep rising as more banks fail. Although Europe's banking system will be seeing more deleveraging over the next year, news out today (which will be confirmed tomorrow, so read up on it) is that China's starting to stabilize.
