As with any business venture no matter if its McDonalds (super brand) or Joe Smoe's Shop its about location location location, population, culture, and work ethic. If you give crappy service you are likely to fail and if you are in a low population area or just bad traffic area you will have to advertise 3x as much.<BR/>Business isn't easy, but by far owning a franchise in a good area increases your odds because branding DOES work.
