The Senate passed the bill a few days ago after adding various tax provisions. President Bush immediately signed the bill into law. The markets have barely reacted, infact going down after the bill was passed. No bill is better than a bad bill.<BR/>We should have had a much stronger recession in 2001-02. This would have helped to clean out the system...like recessions are wont to do.
