When you talk about the porice of gas in Europe you also have to factor in the exorbitant percentge that is gov't taxesover $4.00 a gallon! $3.00 per gallon goes to their HealthCar program alone. If my health insurance were included in $4.00 per gallon gas then I would not be complaining!
