I did this man and it works! I didn't think it would but it did. I called up the IRS and made up a story that I recently came to this country as a migrant and couldn't find a stable job for 2 years. The officer heard my story for 10 mins and agreed to cut my tax bill from $2000 to $600 (if I made a payment of $120 then). Sweet deal! Don't think I can use if next year. Because you may qualify for all the free money the government is giving out. Also, if your taxes are less than 10K, the IRS will automatically put you on a payment plan as I found out 3 years ago.Leanoreply@blogger.com
