I did this man and it works! I didn't think it would but it did. I called up the IRS and made up a story that I recently came to this country as a migrant and couldn't find a stable job for 2 years. The officer heard my story for 10 mins and agreed to cut my tax bill from $2000 to $600 (if I made a payment of $120 then). Sweet deal! Don't think I can use if next year. Because you may qualify for all the free money the government is giving out.
