2020 to 2021 IRS Tax Refund Processing Schedule and Direct Deposit Cycle Chart

[2021 IRS refund schedule] While the 2020 tax season was much longer than planned due to Coronavirus/COVID related impacts, we can expect it to return to normal in 2021 with tax returns able to be filed with the IRS in January and refunds to start processing and being paid from February 2021. It is likely to be a very busy period with many tax payers filing and claiming their missing stimulus check payments. Below is an estimated 2020-2021 tax refund schedule, assuming a Jan 25th start to the upcoming tax season (the IRS will confirm the actual start date soon, but this should be it).

According to the IRS in 2020, they received more than 167.2 million individual returns and issued more than 124.8 million refunds for more than $314.5 billion.

Below is the latest table showing estimated tax season refund payment dates based on past refund cycles and IRS guidelines. It shows the date your refund will be processed and paid based on the week your return is accepted by the IRS. For refund dates specific to your tax filing go to the Where is my Refund (WMR) page or IRS2Go mobile application.

[COVID-19 impact update] The IRS has announced, under the national emergency provision to tackle the Coronavirus, that they will postpone the April 15 tax-payment deadline for millions of individuals, giving Americans an additional 90 days, to July 15, to pay file and pay their 2019 income-tax bills in an unprecedented move intended to ease the economic pain inflicted by the coronavirus outbreak. Further, because the IRS is now focused on paying out the 2020 economic stimulus payments and supporting the new UI stimulus measures in place with other agencies, refund payments will likely be delayed well past the estimated dates shown in the table below. Many readers have reported this and while it is very frustrating, there is not much that can be done given the economic fallout from the virus and soaring unemployment claims.

Note that Jan 27th is when the IRS E-file system will start processing electronic and paper tax returns. Even if you submitted before this date, don’t expect refund processing and payments to take place beforehand.

EITC and ACTC Related Tax Refund Delays (PATH) Update: As in previous tax seasons a number of tax payers will see refund processing delays. The IRS had already announced that it will have to hold/delay refund payments for people claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Child Tax Credit (CTC) due to additional anti-fraud safeguards/reviews under newly enacted laws (PATH Act). But the IRS is now processing refunds which were originally being held up due to PATH mandates. You should no longer be seeing the PATH message as a blocker to get your refund processed and paid. If held up for other reasons (see below) you will get the applicable message/follow-up action.

The federal IRS refund schedule table below is only for electronically filed returns (e-file) done thorough online tax software providers and assumes your tax return was in order. I.e accepted by the IRS via the WMR tool and status is equal to “Return Received”. Paper filed returns can take considerably longer and would add 1 to 2 weeks to the time frames below. Again, use the the tax refund chart below as a guideline and refer to the IRS WMR tool for specific time frames related to your return.

Also note that it could take much longer to get your refund if the IRS deems your tax return submission needs further reviews or your identity needs to be verified. This would add two to nine weeks to the date range of your refund delivery date.

For those impacted by tax refund delays (and it will be a lot this year) make sure you also scroll through some of the 8500+ comments below this article from current and prior years for further ideas/support, including some useful tips and tricks to find out your refund status if you are not getting much insight from the IRS WMR tool. So hang in there if you are dealing with extended delays for getting for your federal tax refund. You are not alone.

For those experiencing ongoing issues or delays with their refunds check out this article on “Why is it taking so long to get my refund.” The IRS has said that  phone and walk-in representatives can research the status of your refund only if it’s been 21 days or more since you filed electronically, more than 6 weeks since you mailed your paper return or if the IRS tool Where’s My Refund? directs you to contact them. The WMR tool will also provide an actual refund date as soon as the IRS processes your tax return and approves your refund. If your refund is taking much longer than the above schedule, and assuming your return was accepted by the IRS, please leave a comment below for the benefit of other readers. I can try digging into the reasons if a few people are seeing delays.

Help! My WMR status bar has disappeared – Does this mean by return is still being processed and/or will my refund be delayed?

As many folks have commented, the WMR tracker status bar may disappear or not be shown if your return falls under IRS review after it is received (Status Bar 1: Return Received) because additional information is needed for your return. This can happen even if you previously checked WMR and it showed the status as “Return Received.”  An explanation or instructions will be provided depending on the situation (eg PATH message or see Tax Topic 152 as discussed below)

But don’t panic when this happens. The IRS still has your return but things are essentially on hold until the IRS gets the additional information from you to continue processing your return . You will either get directions on WMR or IRS2Go or the IRS will contact you by mail. Follow the provided instructions and return any additional information ASAP to get your potential refund and reduce any further delays. Talk to your accountant, tax advocate or tax professional if you are not clear on what the IRS is asking for or you don’t get an update after 21 days.

WMR Path, Tax Topic 152 and 151 message

Two of the most common refund related messages showing up on the WMR tool after your tax return is submitted are the PATH message and to Refer to Tax Topic 152. The PATH message relates to the The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act (PATH Act of 2015) and is to notify you that the IRS is required to hold refunds claiming the EITC/ACTC until Feb. 15 as described above due to further identity verification.

When you see the “Refer to Tax Topic 152” message it means your refund is being processed and the IRS is directing you its generic refund page for more information. There is not much you can do but wait to see if the IRS finds any issues or requires further verification of your identity or items in your tax return. See the various reader comments below on timing and their experience after getting this and other WMR messages.

A Tax Topic 151 message simply means that you’re getting a tax offset which may result in your refund being less than you expected. The reason for this is that the federal government has “offset” or deducted monies from your tax refund to cover debts you owe other federal agencies. You will get an official IRS letter/report explaining the actual offset and adjustments to your tax return, and details on how to appeal this action – but likely it will delay you getting your refund. While not great news, the silver lining here is that the IRS has processed your return and your adjusted refund (where applicable) should be on its way.

If I can order my IRS tax transcript does it mean I am getting my refund soon?

This question comes up a lot and I have seen a few comments on this suggesting that that if you can order your transcript then your refund is on the way. But this is not a factual statement. Yes there is a correlation because to get a transcript the IRS generally has to have processed your tax return (and refund where applicable). But the IRS is very clear that being able to request a transcript does not mean you will imminently be getting a refund and is among the common myths and misconceptions repeated in social media. The IRS’ official line is that checking the WMR tool is the best and official way to check your refund status.

However I have read a number of comments here and on other tax sites saying that when the WMR site provides limited information on the refund, requesting a free IRS transcript seems to be another way of checking the status of the refund. Generally if you can request a transcript, it means the refund is on the way and the IRS has completed processing of your tax return. But this is all anecdotal evidence.

A note about IRS system issues and refund delays

It appears that the IRS is again having issues with processing returns in a timely manner and so a number of people are seeing delays in getting their refunds or updates in the status of their refund on the WMR tool/app. The IRS has said that all system issues have now been resolved but given the various legacy systems they have and volume of processing I would not be surprised to see system problems arise again this year, which mean delays in processing and paying refunds.

See here for average refund amounts in past tax seasons and refund processing times by state

Amended Tax Return Refund Schedule

While the IRS promises to have regular return refunds processed within 21 days for nine out of ten tax payers, it does take quite a bit longer to receive a refund if you amended your tax return. Generally you will have to wait 8 to 12 weeks more for the IRS to process amended returns since they prioritize regular returns. Also note that the standard”Where’s my refund” service from the IRS does not track amended tax return status’. You need to instead use the IRS tool, Where’s My Amended Return.” You can also access the tool via phone by calling 1-866-464-2050.  Only call the IRS to follow up on delayed amended return refunds after 12 weeks. The number to call is 1-800-829-1040.

  1. Soooo do you guys think the update for the 15th will happen tue going into wed night or wed going into thur night?

  2. Filed my taxes and elected for direct deposit… now I got a letter from bank saying account was closed due to insufficient funds before I received my return! What is the process now for receiving refund? I’m assuming a mail check but does anyone know how long of a delay I should expect??

    1. I would call the IRS Tuesday bec Monday is a holiday or call the person that did ur refund to see what they can do and won’t have to wait weeks to get it

        1. Amber president’s day is February 20th not tomorrow sweetie.

        2. Yes it is it’s a president’s birthday so there’s no school or mail or the IRS is not open on Monday so it is a federal holiday

        3. This Monday is Not a Holiday Feb 20,2017 is That the following Monday stop trying to confuse Folks Amber…smh

        4. If is not a holiday then why do are kids have it off maybe its open I guess

        5. i was wrong i guess lol sorry my kid has monday off so i thought

    2. Theres a 3 business day rejection process, ( the balance that is owed will be taken during this time) then they look for a like open active acct. If u do not have one they mail a check. Funds will be excepted when a amount is owed.

    3. Jessica you will get a paper check it will be sent to the address that’s on your taxes

  3. My says still processing a DD date will be provided when available no credits ….no topic 152…?????

        1. Yes it does thats the same mine says irs told me i no for a fact its that

    1. I think it means it is being done manually by a “Human” …lol imagine that!!!

  4. It amazes me the people that are upset they have not received their deposit with the EIC……that is FREE money people, consider yourself lucky you even get a 5-7K refund, thanks to all of us that paid into federal tax so you could have your free money on us. I am totally against the EIC you should never get a refund more than what you paid in and I am sure you receive benefits as well, it should be one or the other, not both!! Have a good day……

    1. Ok first off people can’t help they don’t make alot work is hard to find and there’s nothing wrong with help they need to be able to find there kids don’t come on her and put people down they have a right to have 5 k or what ever that is the IRS that made that happen not the people so for u to say its free money its not they work there but off maybe the might not make a hole lot but at least its some thing so if u don’t like what people get then deal with it

      1. Yes I know right…my husband has been struggling to find work, only made 11k this year and I am a full time student made 6k. Altogether we got $10,823 and I am glad for it. The EIC is what keeps us alive in a lot of ways and in a lot of ways being poor is so much harder than having enough. He definitely doesn’t want to be me!

      2. OMG! Are you for real? The IRS collects taxes and deals with many things to do with taxes. The IRS didn’t make shit happen. They don’t decide tax rates. If you don’t earn the $ and pay it in taxes then anything you get not earned is FREE. No one should get ‘paid’ for taking care of their kids. Get an education. Make more $. Take care of your own shit like the rest of of us do. And I won’t read your response bc your an idiot.

        1. the only idiot here is u for reals u must be here for a hand out or you wouldnt be here reading peoples comments so you need to sit back and let people get what they deserve so grow up bec no matter what u say they will get there money while u sit there and hate so grow up and keep ur thoughts to your self

        2. You are just negative and hateful!!!!! You don’t ever know someones circumstances, therefore you should NEVER JUDGE!!! Don’t put yourself on such a high pedestal, it only makes your fall farther!!! N u will fall, we all do in life…I just hope all ur negativity doesnt bite u in the butt…you know what they say about karma:)

        3. @Karen u mad or nah to everyone this is what you call a bird brain……

        4. well i’m a single mom too and i work ready hard to support my kids and i do look forward every year to receive my $6000+ because i like to take a my kids on vacation and buy them extra stuff not i can not afford during the year.

    2. Well if you don’t like what people are saying or complaining about then stay off of here. You don’t have to be on here seeing people complain. So just exit off of this site. And it’s not free money, it’s money that people worked hard for all year long. So goodbye

    3. @Kris K let me educate you first off it’s not free money we have work all year for our money which is saved up on the end of the year taking care of children is not free money we spent out more than we received back so before you speak on anything know your knowledge about it,thank you and have a nice day.. ..

      1. Did you earn the money and pay all that money you are getting in taxes? No? Then it’s ‘FREE’! No one should be paid by the gov’t to care for their own kids. Do you really think that taxes are taken out of your check so it can be ‘saved’ for the end of the year? No use trying to explain it. You can’t understand. Sad you need to be paid to care for your own kids. I too am a single mom. I however pay for my kids myself. No handouts. Don’t bother responding. You’re to stupid for me to deal with.

        1. Dear Karen and Kris K
A handout is getting close to ONE BILLION dollars in tax brakes from the IRS for companys losses like Trumps Taj Majal due to his brilliant way of managing that business. And dont forget a bigger handout is NOT paying taxes for 18 years on millions and millions of revenue from his casinos as a result to offset his losses for such casino business. Please, dont mix the REAL hardworking tax-paying Americans, with handouts. Both of you are on the wrong blog. God bless you.

        2. Karen. You said you’re a single mother, right? So you claim your child on your taxes..which means YOU are also getting that “FREE MONEY” that you are complaining about! Idiot!

    4. Crystal is right lmao how is that free money kris k do urself a favor and shut the f**k up forever

    5. Sounds to me like someone is a little bitter that the rest of us are getting big refunds lmao! I am a single mom who works all year and provides for her kids and PAYS TAXES!! So if i want to look forward to being able to treat my kids to some new shoes and clothes or a lil vacation them thats whats im going to do!! N u or anybody else is going to make me feel bad about it!

    6. Bitter ass person!! Why the hell you up here posting. You sound mad because you ain’t getting no money

    7. I agree. You should only get what you pay in. I am sure Deanna you DON’T feel bad knowing you didn’t earn that refund. Just bc you are a single mom doesnt make you “entitled”. I am also a single mom and I also work all year and guess what? I also pay taxes. And no I’m not bitter bc I can take my kids on vacation and buy them shoes with my own money. But do enjoy that vacation on us. Bc this may well be the last year of EIC!

      1. Sure don’t feel bad for getting the refund…what I feel bad for are people like you who try and make themselves feel better by putting others down…now if you thought I was implying that I can only afford to get my kids things at tax time, u were sadly mistaken!!!! My children are well provided for all year because I do work hard and pay taxes. Do I feel “entitled” as u suggested, absolutely not! I did not pass the law making the tax credits available to me! BUT I WILL USE THEM HAPPILY

        1. And I’m so very confused who the us is u are referring to? Because I paid my taxes all year, so with or without the credits I would still be entitled to e refund. I think the “us” you are talking about are those of you who don’t qualify for the extra tax credits, and since you don’t qualify you probably are too pressed for a refund.. So Im confused as to why u are even on this forum that those of us who need our $ use to help share info with each other

      2. Another Ass supporter. Ignorant ass folks. Stay off this site is you feel somebody is taking a vacation on you.

    8. Kris unfortunately some people are not fortunet to make 70 plus a year and not get tax breaks. I am one who has a degree and have been paying back student loans for ever with one child married and our combined income we always have to claim 1 exemption to see a mimimum of $500 a year. I will I could claim a tax exemption. So with that being said you must be one of those trump supporters who is entitled. And assumes that everyone is looking for a hand out. Well honey not everyone is looking.

    9. Kris k sounds like they are just a tiny bit jealous lol. I guarantee if they had 1 child and knew what it was like to care for one they would not be saying what they did.

    10. One..every hard working individual..add to the pot of $. Our trust worthy Gov takes from us!

So while we all work hard, children or no children, married or single! Everyone put in those $. It is not your little pot of money. Oh and by the way you sound, childish. People who put everyone in one bucket..are the one’s that tell lies on innocent people. Know before you point fingers at other’s.

I see my children are better thinkers than you. Got money in the bank(T-Pain) voice lol. Blessings!

  5. Okay… Soooooo I just tried to check my refund status again on the IRS website (Only because it is giving me different updates and statues everyday, it seems like) and NOW it says the the website is unavailable to check back later. What is going on? There has to be an overload with the “NEW SYSTEM” I claimed credits as well and I have been reading other comments and this is simply ridiculous. Some people look forward to gettback the money that they worked hard for throughout the year.

    1. Right and it’s not going to change until After the 15th smh. People need to read

  6. I filed 1- 10, accepted 1- 13 with test batch. And WMR has said the same thing since. “Your tax return is still being processed and will post a ddd when available ” should I be worried that it’s still stuck? I do have EIC and ACTC

      1. A lot of people have this status. I have been this way for three weeks and no letter.

  7. Will the irs not even approve refunds till the 15th with the eic? Or do they just not send out refunds? I filed Jan 26th and haven’t seen any update

    1. They are holding refunds until February 15th. The Where’s My Refund will begin giving info on that day as well.

  8. I don’t understand what people don’t get if u claim children and other credit u will have to wait until the 15th to get a date not before not tomorrow the 15th if people say they got it claiming there kids there lieing or they got a loan so please everybody you will get ur refund just have to wait 4 more days

  9. Its crazy cus people i no already got there refund yesterday and the have earned income so why are we stuck waiting

    1. No way anyone with eic received their refunds yet. No dd’s have been given out yet either. By law no one can receive their refund with eic until after feb 15th. WMR will update this week for everyone. Good luck..

  10. Today will make 30 days since I filed and irs accepted it the 23 and still nothing no letter nothing.I think it’s unfair with the child tax credits to be held if u are single parent and they r ur kids this is ridiculous because all together it will be a.ost 60 da ya before I get mine

  11. I am filing single and today I got the PATH message. I filed on 1/31 and I don’t have any dependents. I thought by now I’d have my refund. Anyone else have this issue?

    1. Somethings not right then. Everyone with eic has path message. Most my single friends have their refunds or dd’s already. You need to contact the IRS Monday.

    2. If you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (also known as the EIC, or EITC), you fall into the same category as people claiming the ACTC.

    3. Jessica,

Check your return and see if you qualified for the EIC. If so that is why you received the path message and won’t see funds until after February 15th. You do not necessarily have had to claim dependents to receive this. I hope this helps.

    4. I filled on 1/28, accepted on 2/1……got the I’m still being processed and date will be given when finished message this morning….. Filed single, no dependents, no credits……. Wondering what’s going on too

  12. I was accepted on 1/23 so Monday puts me at 21 days so i will definitely be calling i haven’t received any letter or anything . I have eic and have been stuck with the same message saying my refund is being processed a deposit date will be given once available yada yada…wth! I have never had to wait this long just for some type of update at least been stuck with the same message for 2 weeks!

    1. Millions of people are on the same boat as you. New law we have to wait till after feb 15th for refund. But I got the path message this morning. I filed 1/30. There is another update tonight. You should have a path message by now.

      1. Thanks for your help Dee I was worried when I seen this PATH message today now I feel a lot better thanks again

    2. Mine also was accepted January 23rd I do not qualify for the eic and it says mine is still processing

      1. Did you get a letter? Accepted on the 23rd with no credits should have gotten an approved by yesterday if not sooner. Call them tomorrow to find out because that is the 21st day, they’ll have to provide you with some sort of explanation

    3. I’m in the same boat. Filed 1/23 lost bars 2/4 and generic processing message. I’m calling Monday.

    4. Check your return and see if you qualified for the EIC. If so that is why you received the path message and won’t see funds until after February 15th. You do not necessarily have had to claim dependents to receive this.

    1. Tax educational credits are not being held up although it does fall under path. I called the irs and they confirmed that only those claiming the EITC and actc are impacted by this delay

      1. People just not understanding it, they told everybody before tax season started it about the delay

        1. Lol not sure what’s to not understand but i agree with you. All on FB and other various sites it’s the same questions as if no warning of PATH were given last year.

        2. Lol…IRS said the 15th so that’s what it is if they don’t like it or not.

    1. Those who claimed EIC will not see dad’s until after the 15th. I was told the first deposit for those if excepted before the 3rd February will on SD on the 17th.

  14. I filed on the 4th and it was accepted on the same day. Have 152 tax topic. I chose to have my refund direct deposited. When can I expect to get my money?

  15. It’s been good talking to some of you and helping past time as we wait on our refund,, that’s what this website for to unite and help each other out,,,even if the same question is asked try and help , a couple people I know your stressed out as well but don’t put the ones down just asking for a answer,,,we can all learn from each other

      1. On my transcript it says processing on 13th and credit the 15th so I’m ready for it,,,I hope so Nicole

  16. I was up septon on the 27th it showed up at the IRS on the 27th and I’ve been waiting with the path message this morning I woke up the amount was gone the path message was still there so check back on the 15th with the topic 152 and we also ordered our transcripts and was accepted is this mean that I am approved

  17. This bs is out of hand. I’m getting married next weekend and I need my damn refund. Its crazy they holding your check. Hell release our money its not yours. My 21 days is Monday. I need my damn refund!!!

    1. First of all this is a blog to voice your thoughts. I can feel however the hell I want to feel if you don’t like. Don’t comment. You don’t know what people are dealing with so stfu and keep it pushing. Who the hell are you to say what I don’t like. Do me and everyone else a damn favor and stay off this blog with your slick ass comments. You better come correct when you come at me.

      1. 1) You’re right, this is a blog to voice your thoughts — that is exactly what I did
        2) If you don’t like the way I feel, heed your own advice
        3) You insinuated your disdain for the IRS (I am right there with you), yet you criticize me for reiterating your own words. I am not telling you what you like, or dislike
        4) Nothing about my comment was “sick”
        5) What do you mean, “[I had] better come correct”? Do you mean to say, don’t point out your hypocrisy?

        Pearls before swine, I know.

  18. I have a good question. When it states that refund statutes are updated daily. Do they mean only Monday thru Friday or is it seven days a week? Lol…. I am so hoping to get an answer about this

    1. Seven days a week which is why the weekends go against your 21 days. Hopefully soon you will have an update. My return was accepted 1.26, just got approved today.

  19. I just checked my federal tax filing status again this morning after checking it around 3am this morning as well and now. It’s says that I have to wait until after 2/15 to get details on my return and the status bar is gone as well as how much money I was expecting to receive. Someone help with an answer. Thanks in advance

    1. That just means u got approved see if u can order ur transcripts they use that path Feb 15 instead of the approved bar

  20. I filed 1/31, accepted 1/31. Bars went missing 2 days after and haven’t came back since. This is my 1st year filing in a new state, thought maybe that’s the hold up, but I received my state refund last week…Didn’t file any extra credits.

Your tax return is still being processed.
A refund date will be provided when available.

Please read the following information related to your tax situation:

    Tax Topic 152, Refund Information

  21. Morning All,
I filed on 1/25 and it was accepted on 1/26. Last time i checked before today showed the bar and showed processing. Today it shows no bar and said still processing. No codes or anything. I filed single, no credits. Any input on this?

  22. Morning all. Still have the Path messege with tt 152 and amount still missing. Been like this since 2/5. Yes claiming EIC & ACTC. Soooo everyone that’s getting these ddd what’s the real deal? Y’all claiming kids or nah?

    1. I am claiming my son and he is my first child. Had him last year in July, so I am curious about the situation as well. I had gotten notice that they have received my return and it stated on the left side of the status bar what I was expecting to receive and now as of 3/4am this morning, it now says to check back after 2/15 and the amount of monies I was to receive is now gone. This whole situation is a mess.

      1. i agree i sent my taxes in for my family on 2/2/2017 and claimed actc and as of yesterday i got the standard path message and no bar you know tax 152. i messaged them and they said it has been approved but they cannot release the funds until the 15th at the earliest. its a new thing that they put in. i wish they would have just left the bar and said while approved you cannot expect to to receive your funds until this date. it would so much easier and people would be freaking out a lot less

  23. Got my date this morning, 2/15/17, my status had the 152 topic to whole time until now… Good luck everyone, filed 1/31/17

  24. Finally !! Filed 1/23 , Verifed Identity on 2/7 , DDD of 2/15 !!! So glad it’s over !! Thanks everyone ! Good luck to you all !!

  25. Filed on January 23, 2017, with Liberty Tax . My Manager filed on January 24, 2017, with Turbotax.com. My Manager and I had the same forms 1040EZ with no Child Care Credit or Extra Income Credit. We both filed E-
My Manager received her “Tax Refund” on January 31, 2017, in her Bank account.
    Of course I still waiting….
I checked mine this morning Saturday- (12:30 am PST) on February 11, 2017.
[Look below] this is what it says.
    Your Personal
    Social Security

  26. i filed 1/23, was accepted same day..all this time was processing, and after reading on here i tried to order my transcript and it was a success, now this morning i have the path message with topic 152

  27. 5:30 a.m. 2/11 got my bars back return accepted ddd 2/17 so feeling that much better. hope more of you see good things this a.m. will update on 2/17 Thanks for everyone having been ears and hearts over the last 21 days.

      1. Yes. Have a ddd of 2.15.17. I claimed the opportunity educational credit. Irs received my return on 1.26.17. This has by far been the longest I’ve ever waited.

      2. I claimed EIC, additional child credit, I received transcrip yesterday, I have cycle 20170505 with a processing date of 02/20/2017, I still have PATH message, no bars, people are saying that they have code 846, PATH people are not getting that code, which means that their money has been released, PATH people we are not getting a DDD until around the 15th, my transcript shows my refund amount which is supposed to be credited , the 20th is a holiday, hope to get it by 17th

  28. I filed 02-01, accepted same day. Now all bars are gone and just says “being processed, will give refund date when available. So??? Very odd year.

    1. Found out from someone at the irs that that means it fell under review do u jave a topic 152 or nothing at all

  29. Well it is 3:39AM EST and I have been reading through the comments, so I decided to check my status again. But currently the WWR is unavailable. I am assuming due to a system update. But I as get the “Tax Topic 152” display. Even when I try to check my NYS tax return status, it also says it’s being processed. I electronically filed through Turbo Tax and I did claim extra earned income tax credit and Additional Child Care Credit, but I am HOPING that I get my direct deposit after the 15th of Feb

    1. When did u file? Cuz I am still waiting for my state and I filed 2/28 and have received any id papers.

    2. Speaking of state funds I checked for my state funds it said it has been authorized on 2/7/17 today is Saturday and I still haven’t recieved those state funds yet. Idk if that means the state took it or if it’s coming next week

      1. When the IRS pulled money out of my return 5 years ago, I got a Audit message when I went to WMR and got a letter in the mail stating why,,,,but I still got the remainder of my return on time,,,,but a lot has changed in 5 years,,hope that helps you some if you don’t get a Audit message you should be fine,,

  30. So where”s my refund website told me my refund was approved and was going to be deposited in my bank account by 2/10/17 I check all day and it never said it was sent I called the IRS they said the sent it to the banker for liberty tax but they don’t have anything on file so they can’t print my check.. is it possible they will print me my check on a sat

  31. I have the same cycle date but I also have Feb 20th on there. I thought that would be the date I get it but it has processing next to it and it has code 150 it has been filed. I’m confused I’ve been waiting since the 12th

  32. i lost my bars no topic just says still being processed my info and amount on the side cant order my transcripts what does that mean HELP PLEASE!!!

  33. i lost my bar yesterday it now says it is still being processed no topic code left side still has my info and amount and i cant order my transcripts

  34. Hey guys and gals. I’m cycle 20170605 and got mine 2nite around 630pm. I would watch your bank accounts as well as WMR. Mine still says still processing. Just trying 2 help

        1. Hey Nicole I got both transcripts mine says on transcript I will be credited 13th but won’t be able to get it until. 15th almost there,,,

  35. I just don’t understand why you people don’t understand plian English ! NO REFUNDS TILL AFTER THE 15TH OF FEBUARY ! PERIOD ! Bitch all you want , it ain’t gonna help ! I no ya’ll hurtin just like me but 5 MORE DAYS – IT’S ALL OVER !!!!

    1. Thank you people don’t understand that if you haven’t got it yet it won’t be here until after the 15

      1. Hopefully the 15th! Maybe longer! Then we can all talk to eachother again on here next year lol.

    2. Obviously you don’t know English yourself. Clearly people have stated they’ve already received their money.

  36. They finally let me order my 2016 transcript today!!!! Does that mean I will be receiving my refund soon? I didn’t claim atc or eic.

    1. Yes you will get a update in the morning about 4:30am to 6:00am when u wake up,,,,big update in morning,,,,lot of people will see DDD in morning,,,,

      1. I will let you know I really jope so transcript said 2/13/17 and 2/20/17 so confused. Lol but hopeful

      2. They update and Deposit on Saturdays? I finally could order today, as well. 20170605 is my code.

  37. Has anyone had problems ordering transcripts online? I tried and keeps telling me addres does not match but when I called yhe transcript hot line it took the address just fine and had to order it that way. And how long does it usually take to get in the mail?

    1. We had the same issue. Until yesterday, they wouldn’t let me order 2016 transcript online but today finally I was able to. It takes 5-10 days to receive in the mail.

      1. Gotcha, I did mine on Feb 6th so only been 4 days. Im guessing it will be Monday if not tomorrow the 11th. Im sure it has the same cycle numbers as yall since I filed and was accepted on the 24th. Couldn’t do online as my phone is my work phone and I cant remember the password I use last year or the hint answers lol. Oh well. Im sure since I got to order it it’s all good.

  38. Well I received my transcript today and I guess I have to wait all the way til the 20th for my money. I don’t understand why I can’t get it on the 15th. It was accepted on 01/12, I think I waited long enough

  39. I filed my taxes on February 1st. My husband and I claim our three kids but we don’t qualify for the EIC or additional child tax credit. My state and fed were accepted the same day. When I check the status of my fed on the IRS website it says my return has been received and its being processed and it has the one bar colored in. When I check the status on my state it says it’s still being processed. This is so frustrating!!!

    1. Same here -accepted on 2/2, no Extra credits just 3 kids standard deduction. Bar hasn’t moved. Frustrating for sure.

      1. Really is!!! I’ve never had this happen before. I have a couple friends that have kids that filed after me and don’t qualify for those credits and they got their refunds today.

  40. I hope this helps. I had 1 bar and then the next day it said ” Your tax return is still being processed.
A refund date will be provided when available.” Today I got a letter stating I needed to call a number to verify my identity> Which I did. So chances are if you see the same message. Expect something in the mail to have you go through that additional verification. She said it could take up to 9 weeks to receive. I asked if it would come sooner, and she said most likely 10 days.

    1. Whats the number you had to call to verify your identity? I need to do so as well but I never got the letter, so they sent another one out. Want to just go ahead and call before it gets here to speed up the process.

  41. 5 more days until the 15 hopefully by then will get a date to get are refunds pay so excited

    1. Just got my return transcript, it says processing date 02/20, I’ve had PATH message, no bars since last Saturday, I really hope that I have my refund by the 17th.

      1. Same thing here bars left around 2/4 2/5 and only have path messege with tt 152 and no amount on side.

    1. @ Sharon , Kentucky just began processing returns . I filed 1/23 , was accepted same day still nothing . Filed single no deductions . It’s taking them forever !! I keyed my information into the website and it told me my information couldn’t be found . To be honest Kentucky WMR has never worked for me , the money just shows up .

  42. I filed my return through TaxAct on 2/1/17 and it was accepted by the IRS on the same day. It has been sitting at Return Received with statement saying We have received your tax return and it is being processed but it also states to Read the following information regarding your tax situation with a hyperlink for Tax Topic 152. I filed single, have no dependents and did not file any EIC or child credits. I have several people that filed afterwards and received their tax return today. ????

    1. I filed mine on Feb 1st as well and was accepted the same day. I have the exact same message as you. I am married and we claim three dependents but we don’t have the EIC or ACTC. I also have friends that filed a couple days after me and got theirs back today.

  43. Filed 1/25/17, accepted 1/25/17, no update since then. Shows accepted but nothing has changed since then!

  44. My return was accepted on 1/27 and the WMR still reflects receivedprocessing. The only code showing is 152. Per the above schedule for direct deposit it says 2/10 but nothing as of yet….Should I be worried that something is wrong?

  45. Is it a good sign that I was able to order my 2014 return transcript and account transcript? I have both EIC and child tax credit

      1. I know that It was typed wrong. I was able to order my 2016 return and account transcript

  46. Just received my account transcript and it says
Account balance: -x,xxx as of feb 20 2017? Is that bad?

    1. i think it means your irs account is credited with the refund waiting on the release?

  47. I filed my taxes and they were accepted the same day, 2/2/17. My status has read “received” ever since then. However today, “tax topic 152” now shows. I do not qualify for the EIC, nor the extra child credit. I did claim 1 dependent, and itemize. I’ve never had an issue, nor has it ever been delayed. I’ve always gotten my return when the online processing calendar said I should. So, not sure what the delay is… but I guess I’m glad its not only me.

    1. I am having the exact same problem with file date of the same. My daughter already got her deposit and according to schedule I should have gotten mine; however still no date. This is extremely frustrating. If anyone gets any updates please advise.

    2. I have the same issue and unsure why. I know several people who filed after me that has received theirs.

  48. My fiancée filed his taxes on 1/28/17 with turbotax. He received an update later that evening that his return had been accepted. His status online changed from “processing” to “accepted” with an estimated direct deposit date on 2/4/17. It said his refund would be deposited on 2/7. That same evening, he received confirmation from his bank that his return had been deposited. On Monday, the 6th, it was available.

  49. Filed 1/23 Single Itemized Deductions
    Accepted : 1/23
    Bars Disappeared : 1/27
Message appeared : Return being processed
    4883c Letter Received : 2/6
Verified Identify on : 2/7 (was told it would take 9wks to finish processing)
WMR Message Changed on 2/8 to : Return has been received and being processed
    Transcript(s) Available on 2/10 w/ Cycle Date of 20170605 Code 846 Refund Amount $xxxx

I am hoping this is good news ! Does anyone know what what the Cycle Date of 20170605 Means ?

      1. @ Jason , I found on another forum that 20170605 means 2/9/2017. That is the date we were posted to the master file. Add four business days to the cycle date (day you posted to the Master File) for anticipated direct deposit date.
****NOTE: 846 Refund Release code must be present at the time of posting and without any other hold/freezes on the account for the DDD to be accurate.

I hope this is true ! It has been a long tax wait this year from years past.

        1. have the cycle posted date as 20170405 but i don’t have 846 code.

        2. @ transcript : You must have the 846 Code on your transcript . If you do not have it then your funds are not ready to be released.

        3. If they haven’t issued you a refund they won’t put the code 846 down! It’s going to say “Refund Issued” when they issue it with the code. For example, for 2015 my tax transcript said refund was issued on February 22 and I got my taxes last year around the 15th. So that’s inaccurate! Does your transcript have a 846 code and have you received your refund?

        4. I have the same cycle date. What does the date across from the 846 refund issued means?

        5. @ My Left Hand : The date across from the 846 Refund is the date the IRS puts as your refund date. I have researched to find that date is exaggerated and it usually comes within 4 business days from the cycle date .

        6. Where is the 846 code located? Is it at the top where the other info is?

        1. where is code 846, I have 20170605, and a processing date of 02/20/2017, the only codes I see are the transaction codes

    1. I have a cute date of 20170605 but it has date of refund issued on my transcript as 2/27/2017. I have no idea but assume that is when mine will be issued.

    2. Hey Becca did you get your refund? I got my status changed to return received and is being processed today. My situation is the same as yours. Thanks.

  50. Filed taxes on 1/26 accepted the 27th. Says received and processing for the last week. Just has the basic topic 152 on bottom. Did claim to dependents but only got exemption for them. No Eic or the child tax credit. Filed with turbo tax, which will never use again since they took money from me (hidden fees they don’t tell you). Friends of mine filed after me and got their taxes back already using turbo tax.

  51. if you are able to order your 2016 transcript is that a good sign that the refund have been approve?

  52. Filed on 1/4/17 aldi put in my identity pin they sent. Email irs accepted on 1/17/17. Status had one bar saying progressing aka received. On 2/5/17 bars all went away and changed to PATH messege with tax topic 154 and amount missing on the side. That is still my current status as of today.

I want to know for the one’s who filed EIC/ACTC what’s the diffrence in having the path messege and the one’s who still have the bars?

  53. Did my taxes last week (Friday 2/3 to be exact) and there is NO update on Where’s My Refund. Its like I didn’t even do a tax return. Anyone else having this issue? I am low key panicking! Yes, I know I won’t get a refund until maybe March but I just want to be able to SEE that they received it in their system.

    1. Same thing here, Mine jus shows processing. Filed on same exact date as you. Buddy of mine filed same day too and got his refund today.

    2. I’m having the same issue. I did mine in 2/1 and still no update! I would think it today I COULD have some answer

    3. See It showed me a status one day and then the next day, i get the message of they can’t tell me anything regarding my refund and I have to wait 24hrs. Its been a week and still nothing and I can’t get anyone on the phone who wants to just check to see that they were received. They just keep saying wait 21 days. Sighs

  54. Checked WMR this morning, msg changed slightly. It no longer says. The msg of your return is still pprocessing and a DDD will be provided when one is avaible, continue to continue to check back for your DDD and it will be provided when one is available.

It now says we have recevied your return, which they said that back on the 18th of Jan. Msg: we have rcv’d your tax return it is being processed, the wording is slightly different. Still have not gotten that PATH msg or any codes as ofmyet.

    1. Same here. I filed on 1/30, accepted the same day. Today it still says return is being processed and has the shorter message.

  55. What’s the difference between tax filers who have claimed the EIC/ACTC, but have the path message with tt 152 and filers who still have one bar? All claiming EIC/ACTC

    1. I think the IRS is backlogged, which is almost certainly the reason for the inconsistency on the WMR page.

  56. Filed on 1/4/17 verified my identity with my pin they mailed to me in late December while filing my tax. Accepted on 1/17/17. Had one bar the entire time saying received aka processing. On 2/5/17 changed to no bars at all, now with the PATH messege and TAX TOPIC 152 and my amount missing on side. I want to know is there a difference with filers who are all claiming EIC/ACTC and still have bars or just the path messege with t.t. 152? Can you wonderful people help me out with that question?

  57. Well I was just able to order my return transcript for 2016!! I hope this is a step in the right direction!
Should I have an update tomorrow?

    1. Not if you claimed the EITC/ACTC. If you claimed either of those credits, you should see an update by the 15th of February.

  58. This is bullshit! This is ridiculous that they are making people wait this long and holding people’s money back l the money that people worked hard for I find that to be complete BS that they are making people wait this long like that that’s ridiculous people should get their money when they want it and and they’re holding people up from getting their money f&*k you irs and the government!!!!

  59. my tax was accepted early thru tax act..have an accepatance date of 1/12/17 dont have the graph anymore..i have wording saying still processing will recieve date when available….have not received a letter saying need to verify id…any ideas

  60. Has anyone got there state taxes? I know we won’t get the federal but what about the state?

  61. Well this Sunday will be 21 days for me. I was told that the IRS did not start processing returns until 1-23-17. I claim two dependents. I was acceppted the same day I filed, 1/18/17.

My WMR states that it is still being processed, to check back for a DDD and one would be provided when avaible. I have no PATH nor code. Called the IRS not long ago and was told that my 21 days will be the 14th. She asked if i rcv’d a letter i did not. Was told should have it around the 14th or 15th. Call bck

    1. Listen, if something was wrong with your refund, you would have gotten a letter back in January, if the IRS doesn’t send you a letter, consider it a blessing

  62. I called H & R Block and they informed me that some people that claimed the child tax credit etc. have already got their refund, and they did not get the a advance.

    1. Katherine, to put it as politely as possible, the majority of employees at H&R Block are not true tax professionals. I know of several people employed with them that hold no degree, and they are about as in the dark as the average person when it comes to federal tax laws. If anyone has received their return directly from the IRS that has claimed the ACTC, or EITC, the IRS agent who released their refund has violated federal law. I am more inclined to think H&R Block was misinformed.

    1. Mike,
I have used 1-800-829-1040. First, press 1 for English, then the next menu, u press 2. If u press 1 on the menu after language, it’s just the WMR automated. Any questions just ask.

  63. I entered in all my info and it told me I must’ve done something wrong because they couldn’t pull up my status

    1. Same here ,,,i did mines on 1:23/2017 Today is 2/09/2017 shows no ifo. Idont know but isee most of the people get some can email confirmation. Or it show them accepted not me shows nothing. Got me worry

    1. I filed on 1/27 and we got our federal refund on 2/8. We have 4 kids, married filed joint return.. no EIC or child care tax credit though. Still waiting on our state return.

  64. I filed my taxes on January 26 and was accepted on January 27th. I claimed my two adult children ages 21 and 24 but I don’t get the EIC. Bar is still on accepted. 2016 transcript is blank and says no return filed. Why?

  65. I filled on January 26 was accepted on 27th. I claimed both adult children but no earned income credit. Bar still on accepted. Checked transcript but it’s blank. Says no return filed. E what does this mean?

    1. I was told by an IRS rep, it means nothing to be alarmed over. That some returns with EIC and so on just aren’t ready to be ordered. Because they can take longer to make available. My transcripts were like your’s when i requsted them.

  66. Anyone file before the 23rd, been accepted but still processing? No bars, stays still processing but no PATH message…. Claiming both Income and Child

    1. Yes. Filed 22nd accepted 23rd claimed 2 kids and th eic. Had one bar now tt152 and path msg and my amount is missing from the left side. Just waiting and dreaming of paying all my bills! This foot of snow we got isnt helping…idle minds lol….

      1. Same things as me file 1/4 accepted 1/17. 2 kids had one bar, then 2/5 changed to path messege and tt 152 and amount missing and hasn’t changed since.

  67. Last night my refund went from the “still processing” message to “Youre refund has been received and its being processed” message. Information is on left side, no bars or tax topic. This is a different situation. Anybody have some insight respond to this post thanks. i really would like to know something. Of course, its probaby a review

    1. Mine did the same not sure what it means because this happened like 2 weeks ago and hasnt changed again since

      1. This is ridiculous. The only thing on my return is that my wife made 14k more in 2016 than 2015, but its because she got hired in and making double the amount all last year……from making $9/hr to $16/hr. those idiots should know, of course the income will go up. What do they do?? Flag my return. It must be a crime to get a better job and make more money. grr

        1. We have got to find some answers. It’s multiple having same issues for basic returns as it is for PATH taxpayers. They are really screwing all of us.

    2. My return did the same thing. I don’t see why it wouldn’t say being reviewed if that’s the case. Hoping it’s not because it will be even longer but we will see by the 15th.

  68. wth im tired of waiting same path message 152 topic check back after 15 nothing yet as of 02/09/2017

    1. I don’t think you’re going to see anything different until at least the 15th since that’s the day the IRS said they will start processing returns with those credits that fall under PATH

      1. i didnt claim those credits. thats what i am trying to figure out. I really hope it not to verify ID. i am me the same person same spelling everything. i have scanned my return multiple times over and over. everything is what it should be. i have tax experience so i know somethings to look for but i mean i had 1 w-2. thats it

  69. I filed on January 27th and was accepted. I waited for approval and it was finally approved February 8th. It also now says that my refund should be credited to my bank by tomorrow the 10th. I thought they only dropped money once a week and that puts me way past the date they have given. Why is this happening? Is it because of new staff or what? I’ve never had the issues I’m having this year. Is anyone else experiencing weird stuff?

    1. Does it matter?? Yours been approved. Mine was accepted the 26th and as of today it has yet to be approved. I did not claim the EITC or the ACIC, only an opportunity educational credit which falls under PATH; however, as per the IRS site only those claim dependents were to be affected. It’s extremely frustrating because i have no clue as to what the hold up is. On another note, the weekends DO count against your 21 day waiting period. The IRS agents work 7 days a week during tax time.

    2. I heard that they deposit money on Tuesday and Friday. If that’s true, you may get it tomorrow, it’s Fri and the 10th. Hope this helps

    3. Yes this year has been messed up. Of course compared at this time last year I didn’t get my refund until feb 22, but I was accepted 1/27/16 last year. I was accepted 1/17/17 this year. Hmm…..might get it in a week. Might not. Hope all the best to all of us

  70. That is not true. Several people I know that claimed the credits just received their taxes yesterday and one got his on Tuesday

    1. They received a advanced refund then. NO ONE is getting their refunds people The IRS does NOT issue those refunds until after 15th. Its the law!

    2. Actually, it is true. Depending upon the tax service they used, for example, H&R Block, they could have received a refund advance paid out by the company, not the IRS. If they IRS did payout early to anyone claiming the EITC, or ACTC, they violated federal law. I think you are not getting the full story from the people you know, Tina.

  72. I filed my taxes on the 31st and it was accepted same day. No dependents, no EIC, nothing extra like that. My status still does not show approved. I should not have to wait but I did get the “Tax Topic 152, Refund Information” message at the bottom. I hope this means I am still good. I could really use the money tomorrow, I remember last year getting it on the 10th but I can’t remember if I was approved the same day I got it, or I was approved then had to wait for it to be sent out..

    1. Last year ibgot mines the same day. My approved bar didn’t pop up til way later in the day but my deposit was made early in the morning

      1. I’m hoping I wake up tomorrow with the money, although it makes me super nervous that some places are saying the deposit date for my accept range is 17th, really can’t wait that long.

  73. Once you submit your return, it shows up on WMR the bars will go away once it’s done processing (if you’re claiming the EITC and/or the ACTC) It will be replaced with a note saying “According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue refunds before February 15. Check Where’s My Refund after February 15 for your personalized refund status.”
This means accepted, but to just check back for your DDD.

  74. Your return has been received and is currently being processed. If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. Processing may take longer under certain circumstances.
Please check here or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go, to check on your refund status.
Please read the following related to your tax situation:
    • Tax Topic 152, Refund Information
Does this mean I wont see my refund until after the 13th? I filed single.

    1. mine has changed to the same as yours sir. I want to feel better. Only question 21 days from this date or the date 1/12 when It was initially received? So gonna try and feel like this is a step in a better direction Thanks for the support this website is and has been over the last few weeks.

  75. My federal taxes were accepted on 1/23 and my wmr bars disappeared several days later. It says my return has been received and it is still processing. There is no error code or tax code and my information is still showing in the left side of screen. 2/13 will make 21 days. It has never taken this long to process before and I have been using taxact for years. I do not claim dependents or the reduced income credit. Should I be worried? Any advice?

    1. Hi vette i have the same situation in my tax and i call the irs the said the tax start process on 1/23 & the 21 day is 2/13 and after 2/15 if you have tax credit

    2. You can not count from the 13tb you will have to start the first day on January 23,,or from the day you was accepted H

    1. Yep. Next year adjust your withholding so you pay less tax and then have less of a need for the refund. But the IRS is not the most efficient agency in the world and the American tax code is the most complicated in the world. Add these factors together and you get long waits. Sux for everyone.

  76. Some people are saying we might get it tomorrow is there a chance or do we really got to wait till the 15th

  77. We filed ours jan 24and they accepted them the same day and we had one bar and then no bars tax topics 152 and so we called our tax people and they said everything went good if anything went wrong irs would have email them and let them now said we just waiting on them to let go of the money on the 15th is that right??

  78. I filed mine on January 26th. Got notification that it was received on the 27th. Checked the status,,, says that it was accepted. Have not changed. I had no dependents to claim. I’ve heard that other people who filed after me have got their refund. I’m still waiting. Been 14 days today

    1. Same here..filed the same day, accepted Thursday the 26th…still reads received and no transcripts are even available for current year

    2. Similar. Filed early, accepted on the 13, day at one bar then disappeared. No credits only a large medical deduction just like last year. Yesterday I got a letter from IRS saying they’re reviewing it but no action is needed yet. What the heck?

    3. We filed 1/26 was accepted 1/27 said out return should b here between then an 2/17 our wmr says still processing still shows amount on left side and shows tax topics 152 at bottom we didn’t get the eic or actc and we did direct deposit apparently a lot of us are having this same issue but know a guy who filed from same place the same way even work at same place an he got his refund over a week ago with??

  79. Ok i got a letter in the mail code 4883c a verification letter it gives me this 1-800 number to call and a confirmation number to give them.

What is this letter and how does this wotk what are they asking for what are the questions ask please im in need of advice

    1. Hi olga the code 4883c is the need to verification of if the person how file the tax is the right person like i about the cuestión the will ask is very simple like you the only person to answer example if you have depended & the name & ss what is the name of you mother like this cuestión is example pleas have the copy of you tax for 2015 & 2016 good luck

        1. I’ll translate for you. I had this happen last year. You’ll need to call the number provided to verify your identity. The last part stating that you need a copy of the prior years tax forms is correct. Last year I had to provide the IRS agent with some specific information off my previous years return. (Total income, Federal tax amount etc.) After finishing the verification process I was told it would be up to 90 days to get my refund. Received it approx a week after the call. Good luck.

    2. The 4883C letter as essentially saying “[w]e will not be able to process your tax return until we hear from you.” This is an important aspect of the 4883C tax return delay, one that “Where’s My Refund” won’t tell you — your refund will be frozen wherever it is until you pick up the phone and call the IRS.

  80. Ok i got a letter in the mail code 4883c a verification letter it gives me this 1-800 number to call and a confirmation number to give them.

What is this letter and how does this wotk what are they asking for what are the questions ask please im in need of advice

  81. I filed my taxes on 1/20 an i have topic 152 does that mean the irs wont process it till the 15th? Or wont release the money till the 15th please some one help me

    1. No topic 152 is generally nothing is to let you know the take 21 day to process you tax if you claim tax credit you will need to wait for 2/15

  82. my return was accepted 1/29/17, then i check my status and it shows this: ! Take Action- please see below for additional info on your refund. below it states: There is a delay in processing your tax return—-if you have a quesion call us.
there is no tax topic or anything. what could this be? have not seen anyone say they got this message. Help

  83. I also got the message about the tax act now does that mean my taxes are approved because I had the bar that said they accepted my refund I just have to wait for them to release my refund I’m kind of lost

    1. “Accepted” is simply IRS lingo for “Received.” When you get the “Approved” message — after February 15th — only then can you be certain you are good to go. Hope that helped

    2. Hi Ryan, just wanted to comment on something you said, not necessarily Important, just throwing it out there. The tax topic 152 message has always showed up near my WMR bar for as long as I’ve been filling taxes, once it shows up, it stays there long after I’ve been received, accepted, and a DD. I don’t even pay attention to it anymore….. But you are right there is no way to know anything for sure until you get the accepted msg and unfortunately for us it will be after the 15th this year…
