Ohio (OH) Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) – $600 FPUC, $300 LWA, PEUC, PUA, and EB Unemployment Benefit News and Updates

Over summer Ohio’s unemployment system was overloaded with 90,000 claims unprocessed leaving some people waiting over 8-weeks for their first check. In the months since, the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services (ODJFS) which is responsible for managing unemployment claims is working to catch up, hiring new staff. Now, based on the latest data, Ohio has successfully processed 95% of its claims, and averages a 21-day turn around. Claims taking longer are considered complex and ODJFS is still working to get those processed.

Note – For those still waiting for unemployment back payments In Ohio, all unemployment claims are retroactive from the date you became eligible, delays may happen but will not affect the total amount of your benefit, just the date you will receive your first payment(s).

If you are still having issues with your claim status Ohio has extended its call center hours, hold times have decreased, but are still long. The main call center number is 1-877-644-6562 (M-F 7am to 7pm; Sat: 9am to 5pm; Sun: 9am to 1pm)

The unemployment money that Ohioans receive from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services (OHJFS) comes from something called the Ohio Unemployment Trust Fund. The money in the fund comes from a tax that employers pay the state. At the start of the year, the fund had roughly $1.3 billion in it. State leaders say that money will be gone next month. More than two weeks ago the state asked the federal government for a $3.1 billion loan, to make sure everyone who is approved, gets paid. When it comes time to pay that loan back, the state may need more than $3.1 billion, because Ohio does not meet the federal requirements needed to borrow money without interest.

Lost Wages Assistance (LWA) Program Update

The OHJFS has been approved by FEMA for the $300 weekly payment under the LWA program, which provides supplemental payments to eligible unemployment benefits claimants who have been unemployed, partially unemployed, or unable or unavailable to work due to disruptions caused by COVID-19. OHJFS had processed the majority of LWA payments, including retroactive funds, to eligible claimants by the end of September (see latest LWA state tracker dates). Eligible claimants will have their LWA weekly benefit payment retroactive to the dates they are eligible, for a maximum of 6 weeks.

LWA payment schedule

The ODJFS recently published an updated schedule for the $300 payment which will be done in batches based on the type of unemployment people were getting.

Update for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Claimants:

Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) claimants began receiving retroactive LWA payments the week of September 14, 2020. For PUA claimants, LWA is being distributed in individual $300 payments (less taxes) over a period of six days through September 21, for all weeks they qualify, up to $1,800.

LWA was able to be provided to PUA claimants more quickly because PUA is administered by a newer cloud-based system, which is much less difficult to program than the legacy system used to deliver traditional unemployment benefits.

Update for Traditional UI, Trade, Shared Work Ohio and Extended-Benefit Claimants:

The system programming necessary to issue LWA payments to remaining claimants has now been completed. Claimants under these unemployment programs will need to verify that they are eligible for LWA. This group of claimants started receiving their payments from September 20th.

Eligible claimants will receive one retroactive LWA payment for all weeks that they qualify, up to $1,800. Note that if you chose for your taxes to be withheld from your weekly unemployment payments, taxes also will be withheld from your LWA payments.

The new Lost Wages program however does cut the federal benefit ($600 FPUC) in half for Ohioans since the state cannot afford to boost the benefit by the additional $100 state contribution requested by Trump.

COVID 19 & Enhanced Benefits in Ohio

Under the CARES act, the following federally funded enhanced unemployment assistance was made available.

Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA): expands eligibility for individuals who are typically ineligible for Unemployment benefits, for example, independent contractors, self-employed, and “gig” workers.

Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC): provides an additional 13 weeks of Unemployment benefits to all recipients. On July 6th, the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, announced that an additional 20 weeks of benefits will be available to those individuals who have exhausted their regular unemployment and the 13 weeks of the PEUC

At this time, the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC), which provided individuals with an additional $600 per week, has ended (however is being reviewed for an extension to year end). However, if your claim eligibility dates between March 29th and July 25th you will receive this benefit.

In many states, the increase in COVID-19 related unemployment has triggered the Extended Benefits (EB) program providing an additional 20 weeks for those who have exhausted all other state and federal benefits. The activation of Extended Benefits (EB) is due to the high unemployment rates in Ohio. As of July 23rd, the ODJFS had received over 1.5 million claims

The unemployment rate, which topped out at 17.6% in April, went down to 13.9% in May and is predicted to drop to 10.9% in June.

Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC)

The Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) payment benefit of an additional $600 per week expired on July 25, 2020. The FPUC benefit was applied to all unemployment programs. If you are claiming unemployment benefits for the last week (July 19 – 20, 2020), your next payment will be the final payment that will include the $600 FPUC.

We know that many Ohioans have come to rely on these payments during this difficult time. If action is taken on the federal level to either continue this program or institute a replacement, we will inform you and begin adjusting our systems to process any new payment requirements.

Filing a Claim:

Regular Unemployment Insurance (UI)

Individuals need to have worked 20 weeks and averaged $269 or more per week during that period. They must be unemployed through no fault of their own. Unemployment claims are retroactive from the date you became eligible, delays may happen but will not affect the total amount of your benefit you receive. You can apply here.

Here are the things you will need:

  • A valid email address and telephone number, your SSA, DOB, and Driver’s License or State ID number, and your 2019 tax return, if filed.
  • Dates for employment for 2019 -2020, name, address and telephone number of employer(s)
  • Dependent information – spouse or children including their SSA and DOB
  • The reason you became unemployed – remember this has to meet the guideline described above.
  • Routing and Account number of your bank for direct deposit

Regular UI lasts up to 26 weeks.

Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation –

If your unemployment ends, the Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) can extend your UI payments for another 13 weeks. This program is limited, running from April to December 2020. It is available only if you have come to the end of your regular unemployment claim or if you have an expired claim and are still out of work – this program will provide an extension. If your unemployment claim is current, you do not need to apply. If your claim has lapsed, you may be able to file.

If your PEUC ended, the Federal-State Extended Benefits (EB) program kicks in to assist you with up to 20 more weeks of benefits. There is no need to apply if your unemployment claim is current.

If you are not eligible for regular unemployment and are out of work due to COVID-19, you should be eligible for the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program.

PUA assists unemployed individuals who are not eligible for regular UI benefits. Their unemployment status must be a direct result of COVID-19. PUA benefits are retroactive, even if you became unemployed as far back as February 2, 2020. Processing is behind; however you will receive the full amount of your benefit.

Examples include:

  • This program assists self-employed individuals, independent contractors, freelance and gig workers, and others who can no longer work, through no fault of their own, due to COVID-19.
  • The individual or a member of their household has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or they are responsible for the care of a family member diagnosed with COVID-19, or they are in quarantine due to exposure to COVID-19
  • The individual has become the primary breadwinner due to the death from COVID-19 or is the primary caregiver for a child who is unable to attend school.
  • The individual cannot get to work because of quarantine, laid off, quit a job, or had a business close due to COVID.

Unlike Ohio’s traditional unemployment program, there is no minimum work requirement for PUA.

You can apply for PUA here: pua.unemployment.ohio.gov

Here are the things you will need:

  • A valid email address and telephone number, your SSA, DOB, and Driver’s License or State ID number, and your 2019 tax return, if filed.
  • Dates for employment for 2019 -2020, name, address and telephone number of employer(s)
  • Dependent information – spouse or children including their SSA and DOB
  • The reason you became unemployed – remember this has to meet the guideline described above.
  • Routing and Account number of your bank for direct deposit

Ohio PUA FAQs:

Do I need to apply for traditional unemployment, get denied, and then apply for PUA?

No – if you meet the eligibility requirements for PUA, you can apply.

If your regular unemployment is under appeal and you meet the PUA requirements, you may apply.

Only if you have a suspension, disqualification, or are serving out penalty weeks for tradition unemployment must you wait for that process to conclude before applying for PUA.

  1. Been thinking long and hard about this pua! I have been patient I’ve been very understanding I’ve been sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting!
I started this process on 4-19-20, I didn’t get in the PUA system until July 13 2020. Now after fighting the fraud, I got a deposit 8-5-2020, and was told this could have been a error or a mistake! So many people got there money but was still having a pending issue. Now I’m so scared to touch the money because people are getting hit with this letter of paying it back!
I also was told i never should of got my back pay if my PUA wasn’t approved yet!
Now i sitting on this money don’t know what to do because adjudication people will not look into pua!

I’ve been telling them, how long do I have to wait. I started this in April and it’s October! I’m still pending!
About to give up and just use that money they gave me in August! When your trying to do the right thing and still can’t get nothing, no help but the moment i use it thats when there coming at with that letter!!!
Maybe it’s time to walk away from PUA. This has been the worst blunder in American history!‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

  2. I don’t think I’ll ever get my Pua unemployment I filed July 15th and I have still not heard one word from them. I’ve called six times and they cannot help me they just say they’re backed up. anyone know what’s going on ???

  3. I was put out of work on 04/15/2020 I was approved for pua unemployment ohio on 06/07/2020 and have been receiving correspondence filling them out every week and getting paid every week but it says that payments are retroactive from the time you lost your job which was 04/15/2020 why have i not received any of that money from the date i was put out of work to the date i was approved for pua unemployment ohio when it says i am supposed too? Is anyone else having this problem? I mean it’s been 4 months and I haven’t heard anything I’ve called and called customer service I’ve sent emails idk what else to do and calling and sending emails clearly is not working so if someone could please help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time

    1. Michael I’m in tbe same boat. I called snd got thru to speak to someone who told me to email which i did every week since beginning of August. Not a word..no corespondence nothing..im at a loss.

  4. I certified for lwa and I’m on regular UI. I haven’t seen these funds yet. Hopefully soon. They should have been paid out already but the office stated they were having issues. Also for those that are saying weekly/biweekly. Your only biweekly if you don’t file online

    Good luck everyone

    1. I’m on regular ui and I got mine last wed (Sep 30th) night. Hopefully you would get yours soon.

  5. Just spoke to Unemployment they said the glitch is fixed & we should start getting our deposits by Thursday evening or the weekend. They are sending it out in batches.

  6. I’m in Columbus Ohio and on regular unemployment. I always file Saturday night a little past midnight and I always receive my payment on Monday at 4:44. I answered the LWA question and got two notices in my correspondence inbox about one about my regular unemployment payment and the second about the $1,800. They are both dated September 21st but I haven’t received either yet? Is anyone else experiencing this? I was thinking about calling them to be sure everything was okay, but everything looks right on my account I just haven’t received anything yet. Thanks in advance

    1. They had some issues with sending some payments. I think fixed it now and they just have to redistribute the funds as banks were denying the original payment. It’s a waiting game now. I’ve called them 3 days in a row and was pointless.

  7. Cincinnati Ohio here, I received my LWA $1800.00 yesterday….. I self certified Saturday morning. I am on regular UI

    1. I called this morning and they said there was a glitch in the system where some payments were affected. Mine is one and still waiting.

      1. My bank declined my UI pmt and then right after that my LWA put. Contacted them and said they got calls all day for declining pmt’s because the state has issued checks under the wrong names. Cant get through to ODJFS bc it says to go online, high call volume and no way to wait for a rep and then hangs up on you.. has anyone heard anything regarding this? No news on the login page for my ODJFS notifications, just says paid and cant talk to any live person.

        1. Same for me. If you call when they first open at 7 you will get through and put on hold. This morning I waited about half an hour. The rep told me some went out as a John doe that’s why we never got it. I’m calling in the morning to see if they fixed it because I need it. Car note is due friday

        2. Thank you! I soooooo much appreciate the response. Please respond back (whenever, tomorrow after you talk to them) just curious if I need to do something or let them know I was one of their “John Doe’s” or if they are just fixing it and reissuing them. Thank you again, I have rent due coming up and this could hurt. Thank you again

  8. Hey there guys I’ve been commenting on here a lot lately but I just wanted to give you guys an update I am in Columbus Ohio and I file my claims every Sunday I am on regular UI and I normally get it on Monday by 5:00 p.m. so I just went on and I filed my claim for the lwa payment Friday morning I believe or it might have been Saturday morning whenever the morning was that they released the system was complete is when I filed my claim but anyway the point is I just now went on it is 15 minutes till midnight here I just went on and it says paid back next to every eligible week I am eligible which was all of them so that means I’m getting it tomorrow with my regular payment I hope this helps everybody this payment was once needed for all of us I know it was for me good luck to you guys.

    1. Did you get your LWA..I got my regular payment at 2o’clock..it all like yours says payment date 9/21/20

      1. I usually get my UI about 4 45. It says paid today right with LWA but I still haven’t recieved either and it’s after 5.

        1. I received my regular unemployment at 330 which is early but no LWA yet…Which I was approved for and was dated for today along side my UI….Anyone recieve LWA yet?

        2. I still haven’t received either of them. My LWA or my regular UI. Not sure why it hasn’t come through yet but both say paid today

  9. I just logged into my unemployment. On the main benefit page…you can now “certify” ..this is for reg. Unemployment compensation/ extended unemployment compensation ONLY!!!

  10. So according to the Ohio department of job and family service.. Update for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Claimants:
Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) claimants began receiving retroactive LWA payments the week of September 16, 2020. For PUA claimants, LWA is being distributed in individual $300 payments (less taxes) over a period of six days through September 21, for all weeks they qualify, up to $1,800.
Update for Traditional Unemployment, Trade, SharedWorkOhio and Extended-Benefit Claimants:
We are diligently working to implement the system programming necessary to issue LWA payments. We expect this work to be complete in mid- to late September. When it is complete, we will post instructions here stating the steps you must take to certify that you are eligible for LWA benefits.
LWA was able to be provided to PUA claimants more quickly because PUA is administered by a newer cloud-based system, which is much less difficult to program than the legacy system used to deliver traditional unemployment benefits.
Eligible claimants will receive one retroactive LWA payment for all weeks that they qualify, up to $1,800. Note that if you chose for your taxes to be withheld from your weekly unemployment payments, taxes also will be withheld from your LWA payments.
Please continue to check this web page for updates.
Last Updated: September 17, 2020 hope this helps

      1. You need to call a state UI agency rep and ask them to updates system from their end

  11. I got two payments of $270.00 which I didn’t expect at all. Obviously I’m not complaining as I am still out of work. One was dated Wednesday, Sep. 16, 2020 and the other was dated today, Thursday, Sep. 17, 2020.

      1. Yes; so I get around $170.00 regular and since I had some odd jobs I went a few weeks without getting the $170.00. But this week out of the blue I got *both* these payments. Like I said, not complaining, but TOTALLY surprised.

        1. Since your on reg unemployment did they send you anything about certifying before you received them? Sorry just want to know what to expect.

        2. Well the whole story with PUA for me was that I didn’t start getting PUA until I called someone at my Congressman’s office. I got in touch with someone in US Rep Anthony Gonzalez’s office and they set me up with the $600.00/week.

  12. I am on pua and have not seen any emails or payment history updates for weeks files aug 1 through sept 5 for 300 lwa so i am confused as to why i have no notice or payment updates for it and i been on pua since then

  13. Im in ohio on pua. In the payments tab on the PUA website I have new payments on 9/15, 9/16, 9/17 each for 300$.

The first $300 or 270$ after taxes was deposited and cleared in my bank account today 9/17. As it usually takes 2 days from the paid status in the website to actually clear my bank account I’m assuming that tomorrow and the day after i will see the next payments. Will update as it occurs.
Still nothing about my back pay or reply to my emails. I did have a missed call this morning from a 812 area code no voicemail so maybe?

  14. Has anyone actually recieved their back pay after emailing pua-technical-services@jfs.ohio.gov yet? When you call they tell you to email but it seems no one is getting responses and I’ve seen nothing stating it actually happens?

(I was unemployed march 15 but didn’t start receiving pua until beginning of July. )

      1. When I finally got through to talk to someone on the phone at the PUA call service center they gave me the email address pua-technical-services@jfs.ohio.gov and said to email them with an explanation of the claim, claim id, social security and name. I’m guessing because on the website account my claim start date needs to be changed.

  15. I recieve regular EUC (extended unemployment compensation)(its over the $100 threshold)do I have to certify to receive the LWA (dated back to Aug 1st) I don’t see anything in my correspondence box. And can’t find anything on the website

  16. I called them they said they still need to update the UI system and is also what I receive said it could be by the end of September bummed me out actually.

    1. They system is ready now …I filed my lwa claim yesterday morning.and yes im in ohio and on reg ui

  17. I have been getting regular unemployment until this week and just filed for pua and I still do not have anything showing for the 300, any answers? And do you have to self certify for the lwa?

  18. I revived a payment today msrk backed too 8/1 then got got another one back 8/8 days I’ll revive it on the 17th but that’s it do far

  19. If you are on pua, check on payment history it has a new entry . mine is showing that the payment for the 300 is on the 16th. really its 270 if you have it setup to take taxes out already

    1. Mine too, but twice ivr called about my original bsckpay, which ivr not even received recognition to my email, but i inquired about the $300, just today, and was told that ohio has not been approved from the federal level yet, and funds have not been released, and i asked bout the extra entry, and she denied it altogether, even told her i screenshotted it. She refused to acknowledge it being there. I WAS LOOKING AT THE PAGE WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH HER, look again, mine shows a 2nd entry today, both say they have been paid, but ive not received anything more than my regular payment

  20. I really want to know just where are any of you getting your information on these dates 9/21/20 and of course it’s all retroactive from 8/1/20 so that’s 4wks for august and the first two weeks in September that’s where the $1800 comes in too play.

  21. Has anyone in ohio been sent anything about self certification for the lwa 300 payments yet? Or have they not done it yet? I only receive reg ui benefits but having a hard time finding work in my area due to covid and im worried that didnt send me anything because i dont qualify. I meet the $100 requirement just not sure about the rest. Any info would be appreciated thanks.

    1. I’m in ohio and have not received anything. The one page said paid 2 weeks and this one says Sept. 31st. I might end of calling them.

    2. I am gettin regular EUC (extended unemployment compensation) do I HAVE to certify to receive the LWA (dated back to Aug 1st) I can’t find anything on the website about it.

      1. Im not sure yet cant get info about anything. If i do ill reply to this one please do the same

        1. I called odjfs said if your on unemployment or the extended unemployment.you DO NOT have to certify..and as long as you were on unemployment in aug.you will get your LWA. Hope this helps

        2. Yes thank you. I just dont understand why only pua people are the only ones receiving info and not anybody on reg ui. Since i know your in ohio and getting regular ui can i ask if you had to refile for the extra weeks when your ui ran out or did they automatically enroll you? If not did they at least email you? I only have 1 week left of reg ui benefits.

        3. Yes, I had to file for the EUC..when my balance went to zero.its on the to of the main webpage ..think it says information about federal FEDERAL extended benefits. And about the LWA.the rep.at odjfs said the they are releasing it WED. THURS. & FRI(hints the “batch” payment..the rest will be posted th 21st.

    3. If you’re getting reg. UI….the state will notify you via their website so you can certify that you’re unemployed partially due to C19 and then you should get one big check…..this will be sometime the end of September, hopefully.

  22. I get PUA now. Do I have to do anything for the 300 LWA. And should it be on the PUA unemployment site.

  23. Is anyone else in the portal and your normal pay out is there marked paid?? I’m guessing it’s coming next week cause I remember when the 600 started there were 2 pay stubs available and I only have one still.

    1. Ohio paid one week of the Lwa. Look under payment history and go down to 8/1. There are two entries for 8/1 now. Only one week retro so far.

      1. Its showing paid, for 14th and 16th, but it has not been paid. Im getting PUA, look at my reply above

      2. Thanks for the info, I don’t see anything yet but I also was not a pua recipient maybe they are paying those out first

        1. Hi Tony P a few of my relatives pua recipients as well and they are getting the payments already so i thing the ones like myself who received state unemployment are getting ours on the 21

  24. I have applied for Pua, on 6-27-20 did receive payments for 6-14- 20 but have tried backdating my claim to March 15th can’t get any answers I tried the emails, calls could it be the 2 pending issues still showing even tho it says fact finding complete? Took 9 weeks to get the first payment I’m so lost? Help!

    1. Same boat kinda, ive been getting regular payments, but my eligibility date is feb 15, but only bern paid since may 10th, and a month ago finally reached by phone, now two reps have sent email, and i have, and thry are just flat refusing to respond.

    1. Yes.Was just some simple questions…but it does say to allow 4 weeks for determation of reinstatement…and if haven’t heard anything after 4 weeks, then you should contact unemployment.Sounds kinda ominous,if you ask me!!!

      1. Im sorry i should of worded what i meant better. I meant have they sent out the self certification for the lwa extra 300 yet? And thank you for responding

      2. Are you talking about the lwa extra $300 benfits? I just receive regular ui and never had to certify for anything. Im trying to see if ohio has sent anything out to certify for the 300 i havent received any emails about and starting to get worried i should qualify.

        1. Is there a certification form we have to fill out to get the 300? Did you get any answers regarding this?

        2. I just talked to someone on unemployment. She said they started processing on Monday and for whatever reason it takes 3 daysfor the process. She said people will start receiving money tomorrow depending on your bank. And there is no certification needed as long as you recieved unemployment between Aug 1st and September 5the you will get it.

    2. I just now did it was one question… Are you unemployed or partially because of Covid 19? I clicked yes then submit…it was under the pymt portal where it says claim details there’s the three parts now, view claim, View overpymt & to (self certify in red). It’s on ohio’s reg ui then u log in…idk how long it will take to get it but will let u know

      1. I just went and looked at at payment history all 6 weeks have the fac next to them now i cant view them yet but its always like that until earlier monday morning.

        1. No i mean now it says fac next to the weeks i already been paid and only added to the 6 weeks owed for the 300. The fac stopped being on there when the 600 stopped back at the end of july. It didnt say fac for 8/1/20 or the other 5 weeks past it until after i self certified last night. Now it does so idk just have to wait until monday when banks are open to see.

    3. Yes! I’m in Columbus Ohio I’m on regular unemployment and I just filed my claim yesterday login on the unemployment website as if you would when you file your weekly claim or bi-weekly claim whichever you are there will be a red message at the top that tells you what to do and you will go down to your claim history and there should be a new tab there that’s where you answer the question that asks if you are unemployed or partially unemployed before or on August 1st or something like that but yep I filed mine yesterday morning no pending payment or anything yet though I always file on Sunday and get it Monday for some reason it’s been like that for months now but if I hear anything I’ll let you guys know. But yes the claim is available now for lwa payment for regular unemployment.!!!!!!

  25. I am a self employed worker, and i have been receiving the pua, but my unemployment date is February 15, but pua is dated May 10, may 14 is my file date, and after all this time, i was able to reach pua by phone, now 3 weeks later, i have emailed, and staff have emailed about my original back date for payment, and from what i was told the emails remain unopened. Im going to soon be living in my car, and nobody is willing to tell me anything further.

  26. Ohio is scheduled to get $300 payments starting today when will it be updated so we know if we get it this week or not ? Thank you .

    1. Your online portal will be have the most accurate date. At this stage this date is just an estimate

      1. I’m in Ohio, my daughter gets PUA she receives hers every Tuesday Morning. It updates between 8-10 Sunday night. As of 10:23pm the $300 is not showing, so it may be another week for her if it only pays out 1 time a week. Just and update.

        1. Thanks CH. Pushed Ohio out a week to Sep 21st (week of) in LWA state tracker as no recent updates on payment date and likely now to happen towards the end of the month. Hopefully its done as one retroactive payment.

        2. They said Sept 21st 2020 is the release date for ohio eligible claimants altho they say alot due to situations i been monitoring release date as of now sept 21st

        3. On PUA, and received first $300 payment today. In my payment history there is another $300 payment dated for today which I should receive tomorrow. The $300 payments I’ve seen so far are showing under August 1st, and August 8th. Hopefully this helps, I have no idea if they intend on paying daily until caught up or not.

      2. Andy,

Do you know why only people on pua are seeing deposits? Have you seen or talked to anyone in ohio receiving regular unemployment that has self certified for the lwa $300? Im really lost and dont know if i should try calling to see why i havent received anything about certifying yet.

    2. Have you found any information out about the extra 300? I receive regular unemployment and havent seen anything update on my account.

    3. I’m on regular unemployment and my mom is on pua both are now starting to get their payments I filed my regular UI lwa claim yesterday morning my mom started getting her lwa for pua a couple days ago they’re doing $300 a day for 6 days for anybody on pua hope that helps… And regular UI are getting one lump sum the only reason puas getting theirs first is because the system that they use is simpler that’s all…
